Mariachi Flor de Toloache got their start back in 2008. They’re based in New York, but they’ve performed all over the world, from Europe to India. They aren’t your traditional mariachi band. Although they pay homage to traditional mariachi music in their work, their take on it consists of mixing in other genres like pop and alternative into the traditional mariachi sound.
